Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and CipherForces, INC (“CipherForces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website at cipherforces.com and all related services.

By accessing or using our website, tools, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

CipherForces provides the following services:

• CipherTools: A suite of 66 browser-based file processing tools (PDF, image, document, and other utilities) that run entirely in your web browser.
• Web Development: Custom website design and development services for businesses.
• Website Management: Ongoing website maintenance, updates, hosting management, and technical support.
• Business Automation: Workflow automation, email setup, and business process optimization.
• Print Services: Professional printing including business cards, banners, decals, brochures, and other materials.
• /start Packages: Pre-configured business starter packages available for purchase through our website.

The CipherTools license is available as a one-time purchase at the current listed price (currently $39). The license grants you the following:

• Unlimited use of all 66 browser-based tools with no daily limits
• Activation on up to 3 devices simultaneously
• License validation via a secure httpOnly cookie with a 365-day expiry
• Access to all tools available at the time of purchase and any tools added during your license period

License keys are validated against our payment provider’s API. The license cookie is securely signed and stored as an httpOnly cookie on your device.

Pricing: The current license price reflects early-bird pricing and is subject to change at any time. Existing license holders are not affected by price changes.

Refunds: Because the CipherTools license is a digital product that is delivered and activated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a license key has been activated. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using your license, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

CipherForces offers a free tier for its browser-based tools, allowing 2–3 uses per tool per day (the specific limit varies by tool). The free tier is provided at our discretion and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

The free tier does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, or specific performance levels. CipherForces reserves the right to change free tier limits at any time.

When you place a print order through our website, the following terms apply:

• Order finality: Print orders are final once they have been sent to production. Cancellations or modifications may not be possible after production has begun.
• Proofing: When applicable, digital proofs will be provided for your approval before production. Once a proof is approved, CipherForces is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.
• File uploads: Files uploaded for print orders are securely stored in encrypted cloud storage for production purposes. These files are only used to fulfill your order.
• Shipping: Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. CipherForces is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Quality: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reprint at no additional cost for verified defects.

All payments on our website are processed through third-party payment processors:

• Secure, PCI-compliant payment processors handle all transactions. We do not store your payment card details.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law. CipherForces does not store your payment card details; all payment information is handled by the respective payment processor.

CipherForces property: The CipherForces website, tools, software, branding, logos, content, and design are the intellectual property of CipherForces, INC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary materials without express written permission.

Your content and output: You retain full ownership of all files you process using our browser tools. Since our tools run entirely in your browser, we have no access to and no claim over your files or output. Any content you create, convert, or modify using our tools belongs to you.

Print and design work:For print orders where you provide your own designs, you retain full ownership of those designs. For design services where CipherForces creates original work for you, ownership transfers to you upon full payment unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. CipherForces maintains a zero-branding policy — we do not add our branding to your products or materials.

All 66 CipherTools are browser-based and process files entirely on your device. Files are never uploaded to CipherForces servers. As a result:

• CipherForces has no access to the files you process and cannot recover lost files.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original files before processing.
• Tool output depends on your browser, device capabilities, and the files you provide.
• You agree not to use our tools for any unlawful purpose or to process files that violate any applicable laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIPHERFORCES, INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, TOOLS, OR SERVICES.

Because our browser-based tools process files entirely on your device, CipherForces is not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or unintended modifications that occur during tool usage. You acknowledge that you use the tools at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining backups.

For print services, CipherForces’ liability is limited to reprinting defective products or issuing a refund for the affected order, at our sole discretion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CIPHERFORCES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CIPHERFORCES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

OUR WEBSITE, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CipherForces does not warrant that the tools or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our tools or services.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at sales@cipherforces.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with arbitration taking place in Los Angeles County, California. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
