How long does a Starter Package take to deliver?
Print & Digital Starter and Essentials: 1–2 weeks. Foundation: 2–3 weeks. Starter: 3–4 weeks. Launch: 4–6 weeks. Full Brand: 6–10 weeks. Print arrives separately. We give you a clear schedule on day one.
How many revisions do I get on the logo?
Every package starts with 3 initial concepts. Print & Digital Starter, Essentials, Foundation, and Starter include 5 rounds of revisions, then $85/hr for further changes. Launch and Full Brand include unlimited revisions until you love it.
What's premium stock on the business cards?
Shiny both sides OR writeable on one side — your call. If you'd rather upgrade to foil, soft-touch, spot UV, or a higher quantity, the value of your tier's default cards applies as credit toward the upgrade.
Do I have to keep paying after the package ships?
Hosting is monthly and mandatory while we host the site (3-month minimum from launch, then cancel anytime with 30 days notice). Anything else — updates, new pages, fixes — is either pay-as-you-go at $250/hr or covered by Website Care. You also always have the option to take the site somewhere else.
Can I add e-commerce or a CMS later?
Yes — that becomes a Custom Web Project. The Starter Packages don't include either because every store and every CMS is different. Book a discovery call when you're ready.
What if I outgrow my package?
You move up. We credit what you've already paid against the new tier's setup fee, and the hosting jumps to the higher tier's monthly. No restart, no rebuild from scratch.
